Plain string lights just sit there
The falling-snow displays you drive past look like a weekend of work and a dedicated outdoor circuit. Most people settle for a static strand wrapped around a railing instead.
- Eight linked tubes drop one continuous cascade down a tree or eave
- Runs off a single USB plug, so no outdoor outlet is needed
- Unfold, hang, plug in: the whole set goes up in minutes
What it does, and how
One connected set that covers a wide span and runs on the simplest power source you own.
8 tubes, 192 LEDs
Enough coverage to wrap a small tree or span a porch front without buying several separate sets.
24 LEDs per tube
Each 11.8 in tube packs 24 LEDs, so the drop reads as one smooth streak instead of separate dots.
One USB plug
Runs from a USB wall adapter, power bank or laptop port. No dedicated outdoor outlet, no battery box.
9.8 ft lead cord
Three meters from plug to first tube, so the set can sit high in a tree or along a gutter line.
Blue, White or Multicolor
Pick icy blue, classic cool white, or alternating red, green, blue and white tubes for a party display.
What it doesn't do
No waterproof or IP rating is stated, so hang it somewhere covered, not in open rain or snow. There's no remote, timer, dimmer or music mode, and color is fixed per variant.
Where most people hang it
Three spots the 82.7 in run and 9.8 ft cord reach without a ladder crew.
Who this set is for
Great for
- You want a moving display without rewiring the yard
- You're decorating a covered porch, eave or patio cover
- You have a USB adapter or power bank already
- Renters who can't add an outdoor outlet
Not the right pick if
- You need lights rated for open rain and snow
- You want a remote, timer or lighting modes
- You expect a power adapter in the box
A tube that lights from the top down
Each clear plastic tube holds a vertical strip of 24 LEDs that fire in a top-to-bottom chase.
- Bright head at the top, fading tail below, so the eye reads it as falling
- Tubes taper to a rounded point and hang from a clear collar on short drop wires
- All eight hang from one thin black wire and point the same way

Tips for a clean first hang
Three things that make the first setup go faster.
Test it on the ground
Plug the set in before you climb. Check the chase direction and color while everything is still at arm's reach.
Keep tubes vertical
The falling effect only reads if the tubes point straight down. Hang the top wire level and let them dangle free.
Plan the plug first
Measure from your USB source out. The 9.8 ft lead has to reach a sheltered adapter, power bank or indoor port.

What people ask most
How much area does one set cover?
The eight tubes hang from a wire that spans 82.7 in (2.1 m), and each tube adds 11.8 in (30 cm) of drop. That's enough for a small tree section, a window top or part of a porch front.
How does it get power?
Through the attached USB cord. Use a USB wall adapter, power bank or USB port. There's no battery and no solar panel, so it needs a live USB source the whole time it's lit. No adapter is included.
Can I leave it outside in rain or snow?
The supplier states no waterproof or IP rating, so treat it as a sheltered decoration. Hang it under an eave, a patio cover or a covered porch, and bring it in before heavy weather.
Can I change the color or the lighting mode?
No. Color is fixed per variant: Blue, White or Multicolor. There's no remote, app, timer, dimmer or music mode listed, and the tubes run their falling-light sequence whenever they're plugged in.
How do I clean and store it?
Unplug first. Wipe the tubes with a dry or barely damp cloth, never soak or submerge them. Coil the cord loosely and store the tubes flat so they don't bend or crack.
What's in the box?
One meteor shower light set: eight connected tubes with 192 LEDs total and the attached USB cord. Hanging hardware and a USB power adapter aren't included.
