Tangled strings and a bare spot by the door
Holiday lighting usually means untangling strings, climbing a ladder and still leaving an empty patch under the tree or beside the front door. The porch reads half-decorated from the street.
- Three boxes in graduated sizes land as a finished cluster, not one lonely prop
- 75 LEDs light the shells from the inside, so the glow fills the space at eye level
- No ladder, no layout to plan — set them down, press ON and the corner is done
What it does, and how
Five things that turn three boxes into a display you set once and forget.
A set of three, not one
Large, medium and small boxes group into a layered arrangement out of the carton — the kind of depth a single decoration can't give you.
75 LEDs inside the shell
The wire strands sit behind a crinkled translucent panel, so each box reads as a warm, even glow instead of a few bright dots.
Remote with a timer
Switch the set on from the couch or the doorway, then press TIMER to give it a daily on/off cycle it keeps on its own.
8 lighting modes
Hold a steady glow for the mantel, or pick a twinkle or fade effect for the yard. Numbered buttons jump straight to a mode.
IP66 housing
Rated for indoor or outdoor use, so the set can stay on a covered porch or in the yard through rain, then move inside after the holidays.
What it doesn't do
It isn't a real gift box — the lids don't open and nothing goes inside. The lights are one warm white tone and don't change color, and IP66 covers rain and splashes, not standing water.
Fits into a normal December evening
Three places this set tends to end up once it's out of the box.
Who this set is for
Great for
- You want a porch or entryway lit without a ladder
- The spot under the tree looks empty every year
- You'd rather press a button than crawl behind furniture
- You want the display to shut itself off overnight
Not the right pick if
- You need measurements before buying — box sizes aren't listed
- You want color-changing lights; these are warm white only
- You plan to put real presents inside — the boxes don't open
- You need coverage for a large open yard on its own
A crinkled shell that scatters the light
The glow comes from fine LED strands sitting behind a textured translucent panel, which is why the boxes read soft instead of harsh.
- Crystalline shell texture breaks up each LED into a wider, softer point of light
- Wide glitter ribbon crosses every face and ends in a multi-loop bow on the lid
- True cube shape with flat tops — the boxes stack visually without handles or hinges

Tips for a display that looks right
Three things worth doing the first evening you set it up.
Stagger the boxes
Put the large box at the back and angle the small one forward. Depth is what makes the cluster read from the street.
Try modes after dark
Walk outside and cycle the 8 settings from the sidewalk. Steady usually wins indoors, twinkle or fade outdoors.
Set the timer once
Press TIMER on the first evening you want it on. The cycle repeats daily, so you stop thinking about it.
Everything in the set
- 3 light-up gift boxes (large, medium, small)

What people ask most
How big are the boxes?
The set has three graduated sizes — large, medium and small — but the supplier doesn't list exact measurements, so we don't publish numbers we can't verify. Supplier photos show the largest box roughly knee-height next to porch steps.
Can I leave them outside?
They're rated IP66 and listed for indoor or outdoor use, so rain and splashes on a covered porch or in the yard are fine. Don't set them in standing water, and bring them in during heavy storms or high wind.
How are they powered, and how long do they run?
The listing doesn't state whether the set runs on batteries or an adapter, and gives no runtime figure, so we don't claim one. Remote batteries also aren't confirmed as included.
Do the lights change color?
No. The LEDs are a single warm white tone. The 8 modes change the pattern — steady, twinkle, fade and similar effects — not the color.
Can I put real presents inside?
No. These are decorative props. The lids don't open and the boxes aren't made to hold or wrap anything.
What's included?
Three light-up gift boxes in graduated sizes and one remote control. The plush snowman and penguin, trees, garland, ornaments and pinecones in the photos are staging and aren't included.
