Harsh ceilings, dead batteries, strings that never fit
Overhead light is bright and flat, and most decorative strings want a free outlet or a battery box that quits halfway through the evening. Then the length never matches the headboard, shelf or backdrop you're trying to light.
- Runs from any USB-A port — wall adapter, power bank, laptop or car
- Five lengths from 6.56 to 32.8 ft, so the run matches the spot
- No batteries to swap out mid-party
What it does, and how
One strand, one plug, and a star cap over every single LED.
Stars, not dots
Molded five-point caps sit over each LED. The pebbled surface scatters the light, so every bulb reads as a star in photos and up close.
Any USB-A port
Plugs into a wall adapter, power bank, laptop or car USB. No batteries to replace, and no dedicated outlet to hunt for.
Five lengths
6.56, 9.84, 14.76, 19.6 and 32.8 ft. Pick the run that fits the shelf or wall instead of cutting or joining strings.
LEDs scale with length
10, 20, 30, 40 or 80 stars. Spacing stays even across sizes, so a long string doesn't end up stretched thin.
Two colorways
Warm White reads amber-gold when lit. Multicolor mixes red, pink, blue, green, teal and white for party and holiday scenes.
What it doesn't do
No remote, timer or flashing modes, and no power adapter in the box. Indoor use only — there's no waterproof rating, so keep it away from rain and sinks.
Where it ends up in a room
Three everyday spots the same strand handles.
Who these lights are for
Great for
- Renters who can't spare a wall outlet
- Dorm desks, nurseries and bookshelf styling
- Wedding or party backdrops up to 32.8 ft
- Anyone decorating near a laptop or power bank
Not the right pick if
- You need porch, patio or outdoor lighting
- You want a timer, remote or flashing modes
- You're lighting a room, not accenting it
A star cap that softens each LED
The light never leaves the string as a bare point — it passes through a textured plastic star first.
- Faceted, dimpled star face spreads the LED into a glow
- Small collar holds the star square to the wire
- Thin insulated wire bends around handles and frames, then nearly disappears by day

Tips for a clean first hang
Three things worth doing before anything goes on the wall.
Measure before you pick
Run a tape along the shelf, headboard or wall first. Lengths jump from 6.56 to 32.8 ft, so size up if you're between.
Test it lit, flat
Plug the string into a power bank and lay it out lit. It's easier to space the stars before you commit to hooks.
Plan the wire run
Clip the strand with clear adhesive hooks, then tuck the plug end down one side toward your USB port.
One strand, ready to plug in
- 1 x star LED string light with attached USB-A plug (length and LED count per the size you select)

What people ask most
Which length should I pick?
Measure the run first. 6.56 ft (10 stars) suits a basket or small shelf, 14.76 ft (30 stars) a headboard, and 32.8 ft (80 stars) a wall or event backdrop. Strings can't be cut or joined end to end.
How does it get power?
Through the attached USB-A plug. Any powered USB port works — a wall adapter, power bank, laptop or car port. There's no battery box, so nothing to replace mid-evening.
Is a USB adapter included?
No. The string ends in a USB-A plug, but the power source — wall adapter, power bank or laptop — is not included. Use a USB port you already own.
Can I use it outside on a porch?
No. The supplier gives no waterproof or weather rating, so treat it as indoor decor only. Keep it away from rain, sinks, heat sources and open flame.
Does it have modes, a timer or a remote?
No. There's no control box, button, remote or app — the only terminal on the string is the USB-A plug. Treat it as a steady-on light that turns on when you plug it in.
How do I clean and store it?
Unplug it first, then wipe the stars and wire with a dry or barely damp cloth. Don't submerge any part. Coil it loosely around a card or spool so the thin wire doesn't kink.
