Put the large box at the back and angle the small one forward. Depth is what makes the cluster read from the street.
Try modes after dark
Walk outside and cycle the 8 settings from the sidewalk. Steady usually wins indoors, twinkle or fade outdoors.
Set the timer once
Press TIMER on the first evening you want it on. The cycle repeats daily, so you stop thinking about it.
